Ukrainian Universities start to issue “Invitation to Study” by March/ April every year.

We accept Applications to Study in Ukrainian Universities from month of January for September intake. We secure “Invitation to Study” for students who apply through us earlier and we issue their “Invitation to Study” from chosen/ recommended Universities respectively. The Universities keep issuing the “Invitation to Study” letters from March/ April to November (mostly extended to December).

In March/ April and onwards, it takes between 7 working days to issue an “Invitation to Study” letter from a chosen/ recommended University.

Urgent courier service “TNT”, “DHL”, “FedEx” or EMS deliver the “Invitation to Study” within 4 to 7 working days. The cost of courier service is 100$US paid by student and it is not included in Tuition fee or other charges.

The classes start by 1st September. Foreign students are allowed to join their English Medium Programmes until 15th of November. Students arriving after 15th of November can join Preparatory Programme only.

All dues are paid on arrival in Ukraine except the cost of “Invitation to Study”300$US & the cost of courier “TNT” or “DHL” 100$US i.e. total of 400$US. This amount is paid to us through Western Union or Money Gram or Bank Transfer

Courier charges are not calculated in tuition fee.
